It is time to renew memberships for 2026. Outlined below are options available for payment, including the dates and times you can renew in person in the Club. Please see below 2026 renewal fees.
You can renew your Membership right now via Online Transfer/Telephone Banking/BACS Transfer (preferred method of payment) using the bank details below:

If you decide to take up one of the above methods of payment, it is of the utmost importance you ensure you provide your membership number(s) (four digits on the front of your membership/access card) in the bank reference box when paying online, so we can identify you as the payer. Also please provide as much of your name and address as your reference box will allow.
If the payment you are making is for more than one member and you are unable to provide the full membership number of everyone you are paying for, separate transactions will be necessary. This way, we can ensure that each payment is clearly received and allocated accurately to the appropriate member. It may take you a minute or two longer, but for administrative purposes, it is a necessity.
If you pay your subscription by standing order, please remember to make the relevant adjustment to ensure the correct renewal amount is paid.
Alternatively, you can pay in person in the Members Lounge from Monday 19 January 2026 up to and including Saturday 21 February 2026 on the following days and times:
Monday – Thursday 1800 – 2000
Saturday – 1200 – 1400
When you renew your membership in the club, it is essential that you have your membership card with you as this will be used on the till to update your membership record and transact your payment. Ideally, you can pay by debit card, credit card or cash, but cheques will be accepted. If you do pay by cheque the membership number/s must be written on the reverse of the cheque, along with your name and address. Also, if your personal information has changed, it is very important to remember to let us know as soon as possible please by email at membership@wombournectb.club
