Wombourne Cricket Tennis and Bowling Club Tennis Section is LTA registered. Since 1875 Tennis has been played on the site. It’s seen many changes over this time, but boasts the same idyllic setting, an ever-growing number of members and great plans for taking the section safely into the future for future generations to enjoy.

We are a friendly Club that welcomes players of all abilities so come and join us to enjoy access to great social and competitive tennis. Our courts are available to our members for all-year-round play on our 3 well-maintained floodlit artificial surface courts. We also have a small clubhouse with kitchen and toilet facilities.

We have a very active membership currently consisting of over 200 members including a flourishing junior section. We aim to offer something for everyone so there are regular tennis social events, Team training sessions, and tournaments available to all our members.

We also run an annual Club Championships for both adults and juniors to compete in. Additionally, we have an LTA accredited level 4 Tennis coach who along with his team offer an extensive coaching programme for adults and juniors which is offered to members on a one to one or group.
